Having Trouble Logging In?

The following are the possible causes:

1. Expired Password

The temporary password is only good for 72 hours from the time that the username and password were sent through e-mail. We encourage you to change it

immediately to protect your account against unauthorized users. If the password has expired, please reset your password through the "Forgot Password?" link in

PSBank e-Credit. Please follow the steps below.

1.1. Type your username. Click the "Forgot Password?" link.

1.2. Type the characters shown in the screen. Click the "Reset Password" button. A temporary password will be sent to your registered

    e-mail address.

2. Other Possible Causes

Check if you have a third-party anti-spyware, anti-adware or anti-popup program running on your PC. If so, check its user manual on how to exempt websites from its anti-popup feature and add PSBank e-Credit website.

If you're not running any third-party anti-popup tool, check your taskbar after clicking on the Login button and look for a minimized window. It may have just been accidentally "minimized" by another application on your taskbar.

If you need assistance in troubleshooting, please contact your PSBank home branch or Customer Service at (02) 845-8888.
